I'm a daughter, wife, mother and grandmother who lives in Brisbane, Australia, subhanallah
I was a Montessori pre-school teacher and have continued teaching my entire life
I've been teaching business qualifications to international students for the last decade
Now, at age 58, I create and deliver training programs that will benefit Muslim menopausal women
I fractured my toe to be here
Yes, really! Every challenge from the Almighty carries a hidden blessing, subhanallah
In April 2022 I got diagnosed with osteopenia
I did research and gathered information to figure out how to improve my bone density
In 2022, I became a Fitness Instructor that specialises in menopausal women
