I got diagnosed with Osteopenia and knew I had to change something.
I couldn't train the same way I used to
I had to find ways to train around my injury and increase bone density.
I studied to become a fitness instructor

Of course! I designed this program specifically for us busy Muslim women, all you need is 35 - 50 mins, 2 times a week and you will get stronger!
I've never lifted weights before, is this program suited for me?
Yes, I created this to help everyone get stronger, regardless of your exercise experience. I have tutorials for specific movements and am available for help through our online community group.
If I don't have dumbbells, what can I use?
Grab some small water bottles, fill them with sand or small stones and water. Weigh them, and there you go! You can be creative with what you use. Ensure that whatever it is, bottles, cans, etc, your hand grip is not compromised.
